I have just got back from working Radio 1 Big Weekend, it was definitely an experience, never have I seen anyone so excited to get in to a festival.

The weekend wasn't really the best to hold any festival to be fair, besides the wellies your typical festival gear would have to include the biggest coat you own. Just what you want to wear inside a festival tent full with thousands of people.

The artist's I managed to get a peak at included; The Strokes (full set), Taio Cruz, Two Door Cinema Club, Foo Fighters and My Chemical Romance, hearing Lady Ga Ga was enough. 

As I was working literally 10 hour days, I didn't really get to see what a lot of people were wearing, I am about to browse the gallery of the BBC and check out what everyone wore, I saw most of the Radio 1 DJ's; Nick Grimshaw (yes!), Sara Cox, Vernon Kay, Chris Moyles and Fearne Cotton, I had to keep my cool as i walked past Fearne. Looking forward to see what Ga Ga and Jessy J wore, and close ups of The Strokes.

I was gutted at the length of their set, and they didn't play the songs I love the most like The End is No End and Soma, oh well I finally got to see The Strokes, and for free! Brilliant.

The guys are definitely loving the Leathers at this festival. Nothing wrong with that at all, love that look. Good leather jackets for the win I say, and I love Ellie Gouldings mesh love heart top. Not that I'd ever wear it...
